My name is Joel Knutson and I have worked in the Information Technology field since 2004. I have supported, created, and helped sell various types of imaging technology and software solutions to a wide range of customers.

I studied web development and object-oriented programming at Concordia University – St. Paul where I received my Bachelor of Science in Computer Science graduating with honors(summa cum laude).

While technology is ever-changing one skill that will never become obsolete is customer service. I sincerely believe people will return to where they were treated well and my first concern will always be taking care of my clients.
